About Us
What's our story?
We are a small business with a big heart. We have a passion to make beds and toys that pets will love.
Mutts and Mittens started with a woman named Pam and her Golden Retriever named Timber. Pam had made Timber a playtapus to play with and her friends saw the toy and asked Pam to make them one for their dogs. That is how Timber's Toy was born. From there Pam made many more toys in many styles and shapes. A few years later she added beds to the mix. Our beds are unique in the way that we use fun cotton and fleece prints. We love to see the smiles when someone sees a dog bed with silly dogs on it.
Our family purchased Mutts and Mittens from Pam around 2000 and have been learning and exploring the pet product industry ever since.
In 2019 I (Teri) took over the pack and have added and subtracted many toys and a few beds over the last few years. We will continue to add and subtract as needed to keep our line fresh.
We are always trying to do better and 2023 we are introducing a new fur for our toys and new faux sherpa and fur for our beds.
